Returns

Pet care and supplement products can only be considered for return if they are unused, unopened, and reported within the applicable support window.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support with order details and clear photos so the team can review a replacement or refund.

Opened, used, tampered, or temperature-compromised products may not be eligible for return because of hygiene and safety requirements.
